Jiani is in her third year of Chemical Engineering with a specialization in Energy and Environment. She is following her interest for environmental sustainability and is currently doing Air Quality Monitoring research at the University of Calgary. She believes in the value that PES brings to her and other students who are interested in the energy sector. Jiani is also VP Academic for the Engineering Students’ Society, EnergyBowl Director for Alberta Student Energy Conference, and a Community Advisor for University of Calgary Residence. Outside of school, Jiani also enjoys instructing disabled children how to ski, snowboarding, and hiking.
