Richard Gatip - Director of Events

Richard is currently in his third year of Chemical Engineering with an Energy and Environment Specialization. In the past summer, he has had the privilege of working as an undergraduate researcher. His project focused on catalyst development for heavy oil and olefin upgrading under a methane environment. As Director of Events, Richard is excited to establish more experiential learning opportunities for his peers, as well as learn what needs in industry he can address in the future to help make the petroleum industry more sustainable. In his spare time, Richard enjoys spending time outdoors, travelling, and watching sports.
